Joy's Creations was formed in early 2000 after its founder, discovered that her service was becoming ever increasingly popular. Many people today still want handmade items to decorate their environments, but don't have the time to do it themselves. While it started out as a dog-themed business, custom orders for non-dog items for a more personal item can be created. Joy's Creations will follow copyright restrictions and payment to artists as it pertains to charts used.
